Assam CEE Counselling 2013 Online

Assam Common Entrance Exam has been conducted successfully in the month of May, 2013 by the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam. The result of this State level entrance test has also been declared and the qualified candidates are now looking for their counseling schedule. This entrance test enables the students to take admission in the various UG programs of Engineering like B. Tech. The selection of the candidates will be done through the rank obtained by the candidate in the ACCE-2013. The counselling for the ACCE has to be done from 19th of July to 24th of July, 2013 at “Auditorium of Assam Engineering College, Jalukbari, Guwahati-13”. Candidates can check their results from the official website of the University. 

INSTRUCTIONS AND DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR COUNSELLING 

• Candidates going to attend the counselling, must have their all the original documents, score card of ACCE-2013 and four pass-port photo graph with them. 

• You should also bring some attested photo-copies of your documents. 

• According to the rank obtained by the candidate in the ACCE, College and branch of Engineering will be provided by the examiner at the counselling venue. 

• If a candidate is allotted a seat, then he will have to pay the fee worth of Rs. 1400 only by cash payment at the same time (for the serial no- 1 to 4). 

• All the candidates have to pay Rs. 500 only as the counselling fee. Himanchal Pradesh Government started recruitment to recruit the various multi -tasking staff posts for the eligible candidates. Interested candidates can apply to these posts till 25th of July, 2013, in the prescribed format, available on the official website of Himanchal Pradesh.

IMPORTANT DATES 

• The last date to apply for this recruitment is 25th of July, 2013.

• The last date for submission of the application form for the candidates of Lahaul & Spiti District of Himachal Pradesh and Pangi sub division of Chamba District is 30-07-2013.

• The written examination of Himanchal Pradesh Post-office is to be done on 8th of September, 2013. 

SELECTION PROCEDURE: 

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their marks secured by them in the written examination. The candidate, who will get the higher marks, has the more chance to be selected for the further rounds. 

EXAMINATION FEE: 

All the candidates will have to submit a sum of Rs. 100 only as their application fee. You must keep your fee slip safe and attach the original copy of the fee slip to the application form. 

HOW TO APPLY: 

• The applicants should be noted that the applications will be sent to the Department by speed post or registered post only. The applications sent by ordinary post or by hand, will not be accepted. 

• Applicants should enclosed the attested copies of the required documents, original fee slip and two attested photos along with the application form and put it in the self-attested envelope with a stamp worth of Rs. 40 only.

• The envelope must be super- scribe with the name of the Divisional head and also mentioned the name of the post for which it is sent in block letters. 

• The written examination will be take place on the same day at different centers of Himanchal Pradesh.
